大仲马的小说，铁面人、黑郁金香，以及这部科西嘉兄弟，全是玩双胞胎梗。那个年代的电影普遍比较浮夸（像39版《铁面人》，拍的特别浮躁和粗糙），虽然小范靠演技和颜值撑完了这个狗血之作，很好的演出了双胞胎的不同个性，但也许是为了增加反差效果，Lucien被塑造得过于地痞流氓气，更喜欢贵族气质的Mario，Lucien像个反派小滑头，太讨人厌。
