Shi Hao Ran (Jeanette Aw) and Xu Wen Qian (Yvonne Lim) get acquainted on their first day of work with the ambulance unit after they save a woman suffering from appendicitis and a young man from head injury. Hao Ran's father is a famous cardiologist who hopes for her to be a doctor, but she chooses to work as an ambulance medic. A young Wen Qian witnessed the ambulance crew's relentless effort to save her mother and henceforth aspired to be one. Hao Ran's brother, Zhe Ming (Pierre Png), is a doctor at the emergency unit and likes Wen Qian. Huang Yi Xun (Ping Hui Tay) joins the ambulance unit and sees it as yet another job, incurring the dislike of Hao Ran. She changes her mind when she realizes that he is kindhearted and takes good care of old folks. On a daily basis, the ambulance crew is faced with many cases, while some appreciates their work, others vent their anger on them. 欧萱是个名字，真心只知道小娘惹没看过。。。。长得还有爱的，为了曾经的理想型大叔看的。。。但是似乎要弃了
施浩然这个角色调皮可爱,看到了不一样的欧萱.甚是喜欢~
中规中矩。对我来说，亮点在于"施浩然"这个有点搞怪的角色展现出了欧萱喜剧的一面。吐槽点在于浩然跟一迅的感情戏……还有含糊不清的结局……监制是想开第二部么？
