《历史感》是由迈克·李执导、威尼斯影帝吉姆·布劳德本特自编自演的传记短片。运镜方式具有电视台纪录片的特征，镜头跟随影片主角、利特二十三世伯爵周游其辽阔的土地庄园，由他讲述其家族历史秘辛。本片拍摄于英国著名取景地海克利尔城堡（《唐顿庄园》），根据一名虚构贵族的自述忏悔录，以独角戏的形式进行叙事，描绘出上流社会的邪恶扭曲，撕开高贵皮囊下的腐败，将历史恶搞、悬疑、战争、谋杀等杂糅于语汇之中，使风和日丽的风景与恐怖真相形成鲜明对比，映衬出不寒而栗的人性黑洞。该短片获得英国电影学院奖最佳短片奖提名。
