影片讲述了一名杀手Asher（朗·普尔曼 饰）在执行最后一个任务时，遇到了一个让他生活颠覆的女人（法米克·詹森 饰）。
Asher (Ron Perlman) is a contract killer who's spent the better part of his life ending other lives, taking orders from Avi (Richard Dreyfuss). He lives a lonely existence, making friends out of fine wine and good food, resenting his apprentice, Uzi (Peter Facinelli), who's taking jobs from him due to youth. When Avi hands Asher three contracts for a revenge scheme, the hitman takes the job, only to lose consciousness due to health issues, making accidental contact with Sophie (Famke Janssen), a ballet teacher distraught over mother Dora (Jacqueline Bisset), who's losing her battle with dementia. Asher and Sophie make a connection, embarking on a tentative courtship where the murderer can't share anything about his life. 翻译成“亚瑟”，怪不得找不到啊。结局一头鹿的出现有点意思。
好镜头配好乐
其实是好看的，节奏也并不慢，但很真诚地说，这不是动作片，这是文艺片，很喜欢杀手抽烟的时候，烟雾弥漫。关于结局，只能说生活总有小刺激。
一个杀手，长相这么奇特，行动难道不会引人注意暴露目标吗？
Kill or be killed~~ A bit old school~~ 别名《亚瑟》~~ A killer who wants to retire is rejected by his organization which turns out to be the one that has killed all his partners. The killer finally kills the big boss and lives with her girlfriend. But we never know if they can live happily ever after.

干净利落
节奏相对沉缓，动作也不激烈，但整体调调我还挺喜欢，没有连姆大叔那种那么鸡血，是一部伪装成动作、杀手片的暮年躺平生活追求类电影~
我只記得鞋油 哈哈
这应该算是爱情/喜剧片？就是笑点冷到不行，只有女主自以为是那句so it is true那里我笑喷了。虽然剧本无聊，男女主演的非常好，捕捉到了那些微妙的笑点，男主的微表情，女主的眼神，都很有意思。老牌巨星的大boss给人一种做作的感觉，要是是Al Pacino来演就好了。（但他的话，剧情八成可以翻盘😂）动作/惊悚的部分算是爱情/喜剧的剧情辅助，大家不要当真。片尾Colonel Mustard & The Dijon 5 的 'Ginger Girl' 很好笑也很好听！
老掉牙的一个杀手，慢悠悠的走着就把敌人干掉了，加入的感情戏也太牵强了，一个白毛老猩猩，怎么就喜欢上他的？
不太想加一星，俗套的狗血剧情，一点新意没有，男主就只适合演地狱男爵，因为是真的丑，也有点看不下去，
放了很久才看，杀戮 背叛 爱情，无疑是这几种。仪式感就是擦鞋油，打好提前量，手抖就要加把尖刀。经验就是最大的报酬。
都是职场，都不容易。

逻辑上无法苟同，感情线很...莫名，杀手就像舔狗
杀手电影共有的节奏，孤独，拥有怪癖，有个心有灵犀的女主，有个大boss，终结幕后老大后，俩人欢欢喜喜在一起。
奇怪一个杀手都这么穷？ 住在破旧公寓，杀人钱花在哪里了？
一入江湖无退路 故事的节奏和质感都像本片配乐一样 慢慢地 有质感 有主流的味道 也有点平庸 尚可的老年文艺杀手片 独特之处是这种老牛仔式的独行杀手的人物塑造
