《世界的图像及战争的铭文》/原名:《Bilder der Welt und Inschrift des Krieges》/又名:《Images of the World and the Inscription of War》,编剧：哈伦·法罗基,上映日期：1989-02-21,

It is about amnesia and how the traces of technological past are recollected through different kinds of disciplines. There is a whole history of gaze in all the photographs shown in the movie. It is so shocking that pilot bombers didn’t know what they bombed and they relied on the camera to record.

我全程都在想XJ，想着另一座营。图像既是冷的，也是热的，就如同战争既是数字，也是血肉。当年美军没有意识到或者选择性忽视了航拍影像的重要性，但今天不是了，今天的国际社会和个人不能还装傻、还当事后诸葛亮，是不是，是不是。正好昨天去看了Forensic Architecture做的以色列相关的project，可惜法罗基已经不在了，这些都应该给他看看。
散文電影（essay film）的重要參考。不同於傳統劇情片或紀錄片的散文電影，而是更活溜的使用許多檔案文件、穿梭在現實與虛構之間、對影像的自我批判，並突出作者自己的觀點。
