Marshal Antonio Carotenuto is sent to Sagliena, an imaginary little village in the center of Italy in the '50s, to assume his new mandate. In the village he knows Maria (Frisky) AKA 'la Bersagliera', secretly in love with a policeman (Carabiniere) reporting to Antonio. But also Paoletta, the priest's nephew, loves him. Things become more complicated when Annarella, the midwife, starts demonstrating her love to Antonio. 8 JUN 2010 (3+) 飢渴男，狂熱女，通電至姻緣錯配最後回歸美滿大結局，果然是似曾相識的意式喜劇。對導演所知不多，以本片而言他肯定不及同期熟手技工Germi，不過拍鄉愿又真的拍得頗到位，兩對人物親密之時幾乎必有鄉愿在不遠處偷偷看偷偷望，賤格抵死得來好意大利呀！衰鬼！
